You are responsible for ensuring that any actions taken based on our reports or recommendations are suitable for your specific business context. We strongly recommend consulting with your developer or technical team before implementing changes.
We respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Your data is used solely to deliver our services, generate your audit reports, and communicate with you about your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Scan data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill your service tier. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Our service is to run the scan, identify the leaks and problems, and compare your site to the market and competitors. Once the scan has been executed and the report delivered, the work has been completed. The solutions we provide are an extra resource for customers and are advisory according to our assessment of the market — they are not fixed requirements. You are free to use your own approach to fix the problems identified.
All payments are processed via PayPal. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges imposed by your payment provider.
For the monthly "Hire the Architect" tier, billing recurs automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, conversion rate improvements, search engine ranking changes, or sales outcomes of any kind.
Our service is designed to identify structural gaps, leaks, and weaknesses in your digital architecture, and to provide actionable recommendations to address them. The actual results you achieve depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your product-market fit, pricing strategy, sales process, customer service, market conditions, competition, advertising spend, and overall business execution. We fix the holes. We do not make the sales.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trilloka and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The free website audit scanner uses live Google PageSpeed telemetry and proprietary AI-signal analysis. Results are generated in real-time and reflect the state of your domain at the moment of scanning.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Trilloka and protected by international copyright laws.
Audit reports purchased by you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the full report content without prior written permission.
